Lester Frederick, MBA, Ed.D

Learning Experience Designer,
Digital Project Manager
Author, and L&D Consultant

I’m known as the “Synthesiza” because I enjoy synthesizing insights from diverse fields. I am the author of Guiding Principles for Success:

GPS Map and the founder of Instructional Design and Leadership Development Creatives (IDLD Creatives, LLC).

As a multidisciplinarian, I hold an MBA with a concentration in leadership and an Ed.D. specializing in Instructional Technology and Distance Education. I have over ten years of experience as a freelance project manager and instructional designer.

From 2010 to 2016, I designed, developed, and taught a leadership course as a university Leadership Course Director (BA). Since 2016, I have held the same responsibilities as the Project and Team Management Course Director (MA). I am also the coauthor of the chapter “Managing Creative Projects” in The Fast Forward MBA in Project Management (6th edition).

A significant portion of my practical knowledge comes from traveling to six continents. I combine my personal, professional, and AI-enabled skills to design engaging corporate training experiences that drive performance improvement! I believe in delivering on the success criteria and requirements of clients and customers.
