I’m known as the “Synthesiza” because I enjoy synthesizing insights from diverse fields. I am the author of Guiding Principles for Success: GPS Map, which features a downloadable interactive infographic and microlearning job aids. It also includes two supplemental slide decks for corporate training and college and career audiences.

I am an eclectic instructional designer and L&D consultant with more than 15 years of experience. In 2012, I launched Instructional Design and Leadership Development Creatives (IDLD) Creatives, LLC. My work focuses on creating learner-centered solutions that boost performance and deliver measurable business impact. Over the years, I have combined data-driven decision-making with innovative approaches. I also apply universal and transferable design principles while working on proprietary projects. I consistently experiment with generative AI tools and platforms to improve workflow efficiency. This includes vibe coding, Articulate AI Assistant, Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and Atlassian Intelligence.

As a multidisciplinarian, I hold an MBA with a concentration in leadership and an Ed.D. specializing in Instructional Technology and Distance Education. From 2010 to 2016, I designed, developed, and taught a leadership course as a university Leadership Course Director Game Design (BA). Since 2016, I have held the same responsibilities as the Project and Team Management Course Director Entertainment Business (MA). I am also the coauthor of the chapter “Managing Creative Projects” in The Fast Forward MBA in Project Management (6th edition).

A significant portion of my practical knowledge comes from traveling to six continents. I combine my personal, professional, and AI-enabled skills to design engaging corporate training experiences that drive performance improvement!
